Diagnostic & Service Charge
The diagnostic/service charge is $125 for mainstream appliances and $150 for high-end appliances.
The diagnostic/service charge is credited toward the repair if you move forward with the repair.
Your technician will diagnose the problem and walk you through the exact price before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
Our Repair Guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days and the parts we supply for 90 days in most cases. Our parts guarantee may be longer when the supplier carries a longer warranty.
This is Atomic Tech’s repair guarantee, separate from manufacturer warranty service. Manufacturer warranty service is available only for our confirmed authorized brands, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and approval.

Your technician will diagnose the problem and walk you through the exact price before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
Is the diagnostic charge credited toward my repair?
The diagnostic/service charge is credited toward the repair if you move forward with the repair. It is not an additional charge on top of the quoted repair price when you proceed.
